I think I found my Equinox course replacement : 11 miles total (just ran 7 of it today), trail, and has a huuuge hill in the middle that we didn't even go to the top. It goes through the redwoods, too. No traffic noises at all and smells like moss. And can be combined with the six miles to and from our new house to make a long, quiet run through the forest.
